4"×2" Solid polyurethane rigid casters are non marking and non conductive and abrasion resistant. The absence of a metal center eliminates bond failure as a cause for wheel replacement. These casters are especially suited for use with stainless steel casters in wet and corrosive applications. They are perfect for food processing environments, Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Hospitals, and Food Plants.

Featured 4"×2" Medium heavy duty blue solid polyurethane rigid caster

Top Plate & Yoke Base: Cold formed from 6mm steel plate. Contact us for Custom Made notched yoke base for factory or installable 4-position swivel lock.
Swivel Section: Smooth formed, double ball bearing raceways swivel head.
Fork Legs: 6 mm steel formed to increase strength and welded inside and outside to yoke base.
Blue Solid Polyurethane Wheel: All solid polyurethane wheels are non marking and non conductive and abrasion resistant.
Bearing & Axle: Standard straight roller bearing with drilled hardened steel spanner bushing and plastic side retaining thrust washers. 12.5mm diameter wheel solid axle complete with lock nut.
Lubrication: Zerk in swivel section and wheel for easy lubrication.
Finish: Zinc plated to resist corrosion.
