6"×2" Black polyolefin casters are injection molded from a blend of thermoplastic polymers forming a one piece solid sanitary design. Polyolefin wheels are very light in weight, yet the impact strength of this wheel is far superior to hard rubber wheels. It offers superior resistance to most oils, chemicals, grease, gasoline, cooking fats and acids.  Polyolefin wheels have a lower capacity and a more limited temperature range than Nylon.

Featured 6"×2" Medium heavy duty black polyolefin rigid caster

• Top Plate: Cold formed from 6mm steel plate.

• Fork Legs: 6 mm steel formed to increase strength and welded inside and outside to yoke base.

• Bearing & Axle: Standard straight roller bearing with drilled hardened steel spanner bushing and plastic side retaining thrust washers. 12.5mm diameter wheel solid axle complete with lock nut.

• Lubrication: Zerk in swivel section and wheel for easy lubrication.

• Finish: Zinc plated to resist corrosion.

• Side Washers: Metal step retaining thrust washers available.

• Wheel Axle: 1/2-13 UNC hollow axle with grease fitting available.

• Finish: Electrophoresis black plated to resist corrosion available.
